Jacks Work Experience

For the Last two weeks my mate from the Larp word 'Jack' has been doing work experience at the Ad Works (where i work if yu did not know). While at the agency he was given the task to come up with video to showcase us as film/television is what Jack would like to get into later in life.

The Task was a hard one, even for me to create a video about the ad works in just two weeks is difficult. Especially when the boss decides he want everyone done as cartoons. It was at that point i realised doing a serious film would be impossible.



In the End Jacks video was kool showing some new skills he had learnt while with us and also managing to show how much of a joke we as a company are LOL. Good work jack.

I'd love to put the video up online for all to see, but i fear it would have ramifications where i work lol. I think jack enjoyed himself most of the time, but got bored a few times while waiting for people to do what they said they would do. At least he knows now what its really like to work at a company....... :-p

Liannes 30th Birthday

Was ready by 9am but due to lack of modern day communication skills Luke finally picked me up at 6pm. By this time my tingling cold had taken over my brain and i was exhausted even before we left. My iphone got us there with no wrong turns and we grabbed some fod and booze at local tesco.

We arrived in cheeky fasion just as the BBQ was being served up and munched we did. Simon and Sarah, Lou and Malc was there and the packed buzzing tent just showed how well Ben and Lianne know how to hold a party.





Sarah got cold but still managed to stay cheerful by spelling naughty words with gem stones and making funny faces in candle light... bless




I got happily drunk which helped me buzz under the restricting head cold. Danced like a cock to old classics such as prodigy and underworld and got a bruised shoulder after moshing into Bens face!




As the night got quiet me, Natureboy Ben and Naziboy Luke went on a journey into the woods in search of the haunted Potatoe caves. I got a lil scared , not much though.......



Next day we woke up early as Luke could and me and Nazi set off back. The water in Bens new home was mysteriously not working and my cold was aplified by the hangover. Unfortunitly Luke had to go band practice so dropped me off in Taunton to get a train to Exeter then from Eccy to Barny. All in all a rather spiffing weekend, but only had a few hours before Jack came back for his second week of work experience, which i'll write about later cos its SOOOOO interesting.
