Trying out new ways

Along with trying to finish Conscious, i've also been trying out some new techniques in colouring. I get the monthly Magazine ImagineFX which has some rather spiffing tutorials on how to do various things with photoshop and painter. I decided to try out a quick tutorial on colouring comic art.

When i had finished i realised that my result of two nights work looked pretty much the same standard as my other work. This has lead me to believe that the result i was after was down the the artists talent than the technique used... huh, crap....

BUT FEAR NOT!, perhaps i just need to spend more time on a project than two nights.... time i dont have i might ad. None the less i shall show you my effort.
