Graphics Tablets - Intuos4
Must have been about 4 years ago that i first decided to try out a graphics tablet. I bought a bluetooth Graphite from Wacom and for the first 2 weeks using a pen on a plastic square felt strange. I had been using a mouse to create digital art since i was 12 and using a graphics tablet meant learning a new way of thinking.
It did not take long though for the benefits of a graphics tablet to become apparent. It felt more natural, reduced risk of repetitive strain and allowed work to be done more swift and quickly. I'd recommend a graphics tablet to anyone interested in a future in creative design.
Well 4 years later and it's time to upgrade to the latest Graphics Tablet, the Intuos4. It's not Bluetooth, the battery died on the my old one. There is more control options and pressure sensors make it feel closer to actual painting and drawing. I'm hoping this will help me press forward with my growing skills and i hope the dude i bought it off don't screw me over :-p
