Resonate decide end of an Era!
I discovered today that my fave band RESONATE from exmouth has decided its time to move on. But unlike other bands who split up and go separate ways Ed, Matt and Alex have decided to take a step back, recharge, repackage and transform into something more solid.
Hey, We feel the time has come for us to move on from being 'Resonate'. There are a number of different reasons, mainly because we have been playing under the name since we were 15/16. Our sound has changed throughout the years and recently we have been feeling like we want to start a fresh. Also we want to have a little break from gigs then come back with a fresh set and fresh faces.
We're not actually splitting up...
The next step for us is exciting, if you are reading this please add www.myspace.com/apollosarrows to your friends because this is our new 'brainchild'. The page is completely dead at the moment but in the coming months it will start coming together. We will be recording some songs which will be up in September/October and touring in December and the new year. Its still the same three of us but we'll be using additional musicians as well.

Our last gig as Resonate will be Aeon Festival at the end of August. If you want to come hear 'Curvatures' songs one last time then get down! We're on the main stage early evening.
The end of an era but the start of a new, 'better' one ;)
It's good to hear they are still enthusiastic about their talents and i cant wait to hear what they come up with next.
